Indigo Solutions LLC

Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: June 2026

Thanks for working with Indigo Solutions LLC. This policy explains how our services are meant to be used and what we ask of everyone who engages with us — whether you're booking a consulting session or reaching out through the contact form. It's written in plain English, not legalese, because that's how we prefer to communicate.
1

Permitted Uses

Indigo Solutions LLC offers cybersecurity guidance, AI tool advisory, technology decision consulting, and practical tech strategy for individuals and small businesses. Our services are intended for people who have legitimate personal or business technology needs and want honest, practical guidance.

Appropriate uses include:

  • Getting advice on cybersecurity best practices for your home or business
  • Evaluating AI tools, software, or platforms for your specific situation
  • Making informed technology purchasing or implementation decisions
  • Building a clearer tech strategy aligned with your goals and budget
  • Asking questions through the contact form about services, pricing, or scheduling

2

Prohibited Uses

While we're happy to help with a wide range of technology questions, there are some things we won't assist with — either because they're harmful, illegal, or simply outside the scope of an ethical advisory relationship.

You may not use our services to:

  • Plan, facilitate, or carry out any illegal activity, including unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or accounts
  • Conduct fraud, identity theft, phishing, or any other deceptive practice
  • Circumvent or disable security controls on systems you do not own or have explicit permission to modify
  • Harass, intimidate, or harm any individual or organization
  • Seek advice with the intent to harm competitors, steal intellectual property, or engage in corporate espionage
  • Solicit competing services or use sessions primarily to reverse-engineer our approach for a competing business
  • Misrepresent your identity, your organization, or the purpose of your inquiry

If a session or inquiry reveals intent to use advice for any of the above purposes, we reserve the right to end it immediately and decline future engagement.

3

Contact Form & Content Submissions

When you reach out through the contact form on this site, you're agreeing to communicate in good faith. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Do not submit offensive, threatening, or harassing messages
  • Do not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or designed to deceive
  • Do not include other people's personal information without their knowledge and consent
  • Do not use the form to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or automated submissions

We treat all incoming messages with care and discretion, and we ask for the same in return.

4

Advisory Disclaimer

Indigo Solutions LLC provides educational and advisory information based on experience, research, and best practices in the technology field. Our guidance is intended to help you think through your options and make more informed decisions — not to replace professional legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice.

  • Nothing we share should be construed as legal advice. If you have legal questions related to technology contracts, compliance, or liability, please consult a licensed attorney.
  • Nothing we share constitutes financial advice or investment guidance. Please consult a qualified financial professional for those matters.
  • Technology recommendations are made in good faith based on the information you provide, but outcomes can vary depending on your specific environment, team, and implementation.

You are always responsible for your own decisions. We're here to help you think things through — the final call is yours.

5

Limitation of Liability

Indigo Solutions LLC makes every reasonable effort to provide accurate, thoughtful, and useful guidance. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from advice given during consulting sessions or through other communications.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Indigo Solutions LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or reliance on — advice provided in good faith. This includes, but is not limited to, business losses, data loss, security incidents, or costs associated with implementing technology changes.

Our liability in any situation is limited to the fees paid for the specific session or service in question.

6

Right to Refuse Service

Indigo Solutions LLC is a small, independent practice, and maintaining a respectful and productive working relationship matters deeply to us. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services to anyone, at any time, at our sole discretion.

Reasons we might decline to work with someone include — but are not limited to — violations of this policy, concerns about the intended use of our services, or simply a mismatch between what we offer and what someone needs. We'll always aim to communicate this clearly and without hostility.

7

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time as our services evolve or as circumstances require. When we make meaningful changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

Questions or Concerns?

If anything in this policy is unclear, or if you have questions about how it applies to your situation, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're always happy to talk things through.
